Latvia has grown from developing country in late 1990s to somewhat respected country that is a part of European Union and Western world, but not only Latvia as a country and economy has grown, there have been major developments in it labour and business as well. Local Latvian businesses have used American companies as good examples for years in order to develop. The same can be addressed to the employee benefits and other trends of business management and organization. Nevertheless, certain processes can be possible in one country while not being allowed in other, so it is important not only to develop local business management and culture that builds the environment and also salary structure, but also legal system in general. The influence and impact of certain things varies from one field to other field, regarding labour law and employee benefits, the most influential aspects can be businesses, it can also be local government, and it may can come for a source that does not become evident straight away, as the aforementioned cultural influence from other countries, that is pretty common for small nations like Latvia to be affected this way.
