Bruņērču (Acari: Oribatida) dzimtu sastāvs un ietekmējošie faktori mājputnu ganību augsnēs bijušā kolhoza "Valmiera" teritorijā

Abstract

Ar mājputnu ganību izveidi tiek ietekmēti zālāji, un augsnē dzīvojošās bruņērces (Oribatida), kuras ietekmē mājputnu ganību raksturojošie vides faktori - nomīdīšana, putnu mēsli, apkārtējās faunas un floras maiņa, u.tml. Mainoties vides faktoriem zālājos, tiek ietekmētas bruņērču sabiedrības, to dažādu dzimtu sastopamība, sastāvs un indivīdu blīvums. Darba mērķis bija raksturot mājputnu ganību dažādas intensitātes ietekmi uz bruņērču dzimtu sadalījumu un dominējošām dzimtu grupām antropogēni noslogotās augsnēs bijušā kolhoza “Valmiera” teritorijā. Bakalaura darba ietvarā tika ievākti un pētīti augsnes paraugi bijušā kolhoza “Valmiera” teritorijas augsnēs, tā atrodas netālu no Valmieras pilsētas. Teritorija izvēlēta, jo, kopš 2018. gada maija tajā tiek veikta ekoloģiskā putnkopība un tādējādi ir iespējams novērot mājputnu ganīšanas ietekmi uz vēsturiski antropogēni noslogotām augsnēm. Noteikti 1702 pieauguši bruņērču indivīdi, no 17 dzimtām, 139 juvenīli, no četrām dzimtām un nebija iespējams noteikt divus indivīdus. Dominējošās dzimtas bija Tectocepheidae, Schlerobatidae un Achipteriidae, subdominējošās dzimtas – Oribatulidae, Suctobelbidae, Galumnidae. Mājputnu ganību ietekmē bija iespējams novērot vairāk dzimtas pārstāvjus kurām piemērotāka ir mitrākas (Achiipteridae, Chamobatidae, Euzetidae un Phthiracaridae) un skābākas (Euzetidae, Phthiracaridae, Astegistidae, Scheloribatidae) augsnes, salīdzinot ar mājputnu neganītām teritorijām. Bruņērču dzimtu sastāvs un dominance tiek ietekmēta no mājputnu ganībām, un būtu nepieciešams turpināt veikt šāda veida pētījumus.

The creation of poultry pastures affects grasslands, and armoured mites (Oribatida), which are influenced by factors created by poultry pastures – trampling, bird dropping, changes in the surrounding fauna and flora, etc. Changing environmental factors affect armoured mite societies, the prevalence of their families, their composition and the density of individuals. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to characterize the influence of poultry grazing intensity on the distribution of armoured mite families and dominant family groups in anthropogenically affected soils in the territory of former collective farm “Valmiera”. Within the framework of the bachelors’ thesis, soil samples were collected and studied from the territory of former collective farm “Valmiera”, which is located near the city of Valmiera. The area was chosen because, since May 2018, natural poultry farming has been taking place, it is possible to observe the inpact of poultry on anthropogenically affected soils. In total, 1702 adult individuals, from 17 families, 139 juveniles, from four different families, were identified and it was not possible to identify two individuals. The most abundant families were Tectocepheidae, Schelobatidae and Achipteriidae, the subdominant families were Oribatulidae, Suctobelbidae, Galumnidae. Under the influence of poultry pastures, it was possible to observe more Oribatida families, which are more suitable in wetter (Achiipteridae, Chamobatidae, Euzetidae and Phthiracaridae) and more acidic (Euzetidae, Phthiracaridae, Astegistidae, Scheloribatidae) soils compared to not poultry grazed teritories. The composition and dominance of the armored mite family is influenced by poultry grazing, and further research is needed.
