Mikromobilitāte pilsētu transporta sistēmās: Jūrmalas pilsētas piemērs

Abstract

Mikromobilitātes iekļaušana pilsētu transporta sistēmās pēdējo gadu laikā kļūst arvien aktuālāka pilsētu attīstības plānošanas jomā pasaulē. Jomas aktualitātei pieaugot, arī Latvijas pašvaldībām, t.sk. Jūrmalas pilsētas plānošanas praksē parādās ar jomu saistītie risināmie jautājumi un mikromobilitāte pakāpeniski tiek iekļauta pilsētas attīstības plānošanā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt rīcības plānu mikromobilitātes iekļaušanai Jūrmalas pilsētas transporta sistēmā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā izstrādāts teorētiskais pamatojums, apskatot mikromobilitātes konceptu un tā attīstības iespējas plānošanas praksē, kā arī apzinot Jūrmalas pilsētas līdzšinējo pieredzi mikromobilitātes plānošanā. Maģistra darba otrā daļa sastāv no projekta izstrādes - rīcības plāna mikromobilitātes iekļaušanai Jūrmalas pilsētas transporta sistēmā, kas ir darba galvenais rezultāts. The inclusion of micromobility in urban transportation systems in recent years has become increasingly relevant to urban development planning around the world. As the topic also becomes more significant in Latvia's municipalities, including the planning practice of the city of Jurmala, different related issues emerge and micromobility is gradually being included in the planning of the city. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop an action plan for the inclusion of micromobility in the transport system of the city of Jurmala. The master's thesis consists of two parts. The first part provides a theoretical basis for examining the concept of micromobility and its development possibilities in planning practices, as well as identifying existing experience of the city of Jurmala in the planning of micromobility. The second part of the thesis consists of a project development - an action plan for the inclusion of micromobility in the transport system of the city of Jurmala, which is the main result of the thesis.
