Mārtiņsalas 13.-17.gs. iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitātes izvērtējums pēc zobu sistēmas rādītājiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta Mārtiņsalas 13.-17. gadsimta iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāte, balstoties uz Mārtiņsalas kapsētā apbedīto indivīdu zobu sistēmas rādītājiem. Darbā noteika un analizēta apbedīto indivīdu zobu nodiluma pakāpe un dzīves laikā zaudēto zobu skaits ar mērķi noteikt iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Sasaistot iegūtos zobu sistēmas rādītāju rezultātus ar rakstītajām un arheoloģiskajām liecībām, tiek izvērtēta Mārtiņsalas iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāte. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti ar citiem Latvijas un Eiropas iedzīvotāju zobu sistēmas rādītājiem. In this Bachelor’s thesis the quality of life of the inhabitants in Mārtiņsala is analyzed, based on their dental system indicators. The paper identifies and analyzes the degree of tooth wear and the number of antemortem tooth loss among adults burried in Mārtiņsala cemetery within 13th-17th century. The aim of this study was to determine the life quality of Mārtiņsala inhabitants, therefore in order to get more knowledge about the inhabitants, the obtained results of their dental health were linked with written testimonies and archeological data. The obtained results are compared with other dental research papers within Latvia and Europe.
