Abstract

Bakalaura darba "Japānas natīvisma ideoloģija Edo laikmetā: attieksme pret reliģiju" mērķis ir raksturot Edo laikmeta natīvismā balstīto kokugaku kustības pārstāvju attieksmi pret sintoismu, konfūcismu, budismu un kristietību, analizējot Kada no Azumamaro, Kamo no Mabuči, Motoori Norinagas un Hiratas Acutanes darbus. Darbs ir izstrādāts, balstoties uz zinātnisko literatūru par kustības vēsturi un attīstību Edo laikmetā un analizējot izvēlēto kokugaku pārstāvju darbus un biogrāfijas. Bakalaura darbu veido 5 daļas, kurās raksturota kustības izveidošanās un tālākā attīstība un analizēta kokugaku pārstāvju pieeja sintoismam, konfūcismam, budismam, kristietībai, sīkāk analizējot kopīgās un atšķirīgās iezīmes kokugaku ideologu uzskatos. The main aim of the bachelor’s thesis "Japanese Nativism in Edo Period: Attitude Towards Religion" is to characterize the attitude expressed towards Shinto, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Christianity in the works of Edo period nativist movement kokugaku representatives Kada no Azumamaro, Kamo no Mabuchi, Motoori Norinaga and Hirata Atsutane. The research is based on the academic studies of the history and development of kokugaku in the Edo period and the analysis of the works and biographies of the selected kokugaku representatives. The bachelor's thesis consists of 5 parts, that reveal the establishment and further development of the movement, its representatives' approach to Shinto, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Christianity, and further analysing common and differing features found in the views of kokugaku ideologists. Excluding the title page, table of contents, bibliography, and summary, the length of the bachelor’s thesis is 45 pages. Keywords: Japan, kokugaku, nativism, Edo period, religion.
