Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Atšķirība starp japāņu kāzu ceremonijām Edo periodā un mūsdienu Japānā” mērķis ir izpētīt kāzu norisi Edo periodā un mūsdienās , ka arī salīdzināt pa laika posmiem. Darbs ir izstrādāts, balstoties uz zinātnisko literatūru par kāzu ceremonijām Edo laikmetā un mūsdienas, kā arī tika izmantoti vēsturiskie avoti par japāņu sabiedrības sociālo struktūru. Bakalaura darbu veido 5 daļas, kur izklāstīts Japānas tradicionālo vērtību pētījums, izmantojot kāzu tradīciju un rituālu norises vispārīgo raksturojumu.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis “The Difference Between Japanese Wedding Ceremonies in the Edo Period and Modern Japan” is to examine description of wedding ceremonies processes between Edo period and modern time, as well as comparison and inquiry of these periods. This work is based on scientifically proved sources in regards of wedding ceremonies during Edo period and modern, adding that history-oriented sources towards social structure within Japanese society were applied. This thesis consists of five parts, in which traditional values of Japan throughout modern period and impact on society are examined, therewith general characteristic of a wedding traditions and rituals.
