Nemirstības fenomens: ķīniešu tradicionālā ģeomantija (fenšui) un tās iezīmes Ķīnas pirmā imperatora Cjiņ Šihuan kapeņu celtniecībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Nemirstības fenomens: ķīniešu tradicionālā ģeomantija (fenšui) un tās iezīmes Ķīnas pirmā imperatora Cjiņ Šihuan kapeņu celtniecībā”. Cjiņ Šihuan ievērojamākais celtniecības projekts bija kapenes un terakotas armija, kas speciāli tika veidotas, lai sasniegtu nemirstību. Fenšui sākotnēji izmantoja tieši ideālās kapa vietas atrašanai. Tas bija uzmanīgi glabāts noslēpums un sākotnēji pieejams tikai valdošajai elitei. Fenšui jēdziens mūsdienās ir ļoti izplatīts visā pasaulē, bet tas tiek lietots pārāk plaši un nekonkrēti. Līdz ar to Rietumos cilvēkiem bieži vien pat nav pareizas izpratnes, ko tas īsti nozīmē, vai kāda bijusi tā sākotnējā nozīme Ķīnā. Tāpēc ir svarīgi parādīt vienu no pirmsākumu piemēriem, šajā gadījumā Ķīnas pirmā imperatora kapenes, skaidrojot vissenākās fenšui nozīmes un izcelsmi. Šī darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar Ķīnas tradicionālo ģeomantiju un izpētīt vai un kādā veidā Ķīnas pirmā imperatora kapeņu celtniecībā izmantotas fenšui metodes. Līdz ar to darba gaitā pētīta fenšui teorija un vēsture, sniegts ieskats Ķīnas senajos uzskatos par pēcnāves dzīvi, kā arī pētītas Cjiņ Šihuan kapenes un fenšui iezīmes tajās. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Darba pirmā daļa veltīta ģeomantijas un fenšui jēdziena izpētei. Darba otrajā daļā apskatītas pēcnāves teorijas pirms Cjiņ un Cjiņ dinastijas laikā, kā arī Cjiņ Šihuan nemirstības ideoloģija. Darba trešajā daļā tiek sniegts ieskats seno Ķīnas kapeņu celtniecībā vispār un fenšui iezīmēs tieši pirmā imperatora kapenēs. The title of this master's thesis is "Phenomenon of Immortality: Chinese Traditional Geomancy (Feng Shui) and Its Features in Building the Tomb of China's First Emperor Qin Shihuang." Qin Shihuang's most notable construction project was a tomb and a terracotta army specially designed to achieve immortality. Feng shui was originally used to find a perfect grave site. It was a carefully kept secret and was initially available only to the ruling elite. The concept of feng shui is very common today all over the world, but it is used too widely and vaguely. As a result, people in the West often do not even have a correct understanding of what this really means or what its original meaning was in China. It is therefore important to show one example of the origins, in this case the tomb of China's first emperor, explaining the most important meanings and origins of feng shui. The aim of this thesis is to introduce this traditional concept in China and to study whether and how the methods of feng shui were used in the construction of the tombs of China's first emperor. Thus, in the course of the work, theory and history of feng shui are studied, as well as an insight into China's ancient views on immortality is provided. The specifics of the of Qin Shihuang tomb construction and its features of feng shui is also studied. Thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the work is devoted to the study of the concept of geomancy and feng shui. The second part of the work deals with afterlife theories before the Qin and during the Qin dynasty, as well as the ideology of immortality of Qin Shihuan. The third part of the work provides an insight into the construction of ancient Chinese tombs in general and into features of feng shui in the tomb of the First Emperor.
