Lukisms un tā ietekme uz darba tirgu Dienvidkorejā

Abstract

Šī bakaraura darba nosaukums ir “Lukisms un tās ietekme darba tirgu Dienvidkorejā”. Mūsdienas sabiedrība Dienvidkorejā ir iestrēgusi ar savu izskatu pat vairāk nekā ar iekšējiem personiskam īpašībām. Tā dēļ tā ir radušies stereotipi par to, ka Dienvidkorejā darba tirgū skatās vairāk uz izskatu nekā uz darba pieredzi vai izglītības kvalitāti. Šajā darbā tiek apspriesti fakti un teorijas, kas tika iegūtas veicot eksperimentus uz psihisku un cilvēces psiholoģiju. Darbs ir sadalīts trīs daļās. Katrā daļā ir 3 nodaļas. Pirmajā daļā ir apskatīta terminoloģija un etimoloģija saistība ar lukismu apkārt visai pasaulei, ka arī tieši Dienvidkorejā. Ka arī ir apskatīts vēsturiskais fons, kur detalizēti aprakstīts, kā tieši lukisms paradījās Dienvidkorejā. Darba laikā tika secināts, ko jaunie korejieši domā par diskrimināciju ārēja izskata dēļ. Kādi ir skaistuma standarti tagad un kā tie ir mainījušies no senatnes. Ir apkopota informācija no vairākiem zinātniekiem par to, ka ārējais izskats ietekmē uz psiholoģiskiem faktoriem un cilvēcības pievilcību, ka arī ir apkopota informācija par estētiskās ķirurģijas ticējumiem un tendencēm, un kā izskata diskriminācijas atšķirīgā ietekme uz vīriešiem un sievietēm. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta un analizēta korejiešu pievilcības perspektīvu nozīme, ka arī diskriminācijas nodarītais kaitējums veselībai. Kā skaistums Dienvidkorejā ietekmē uz sociālo sabiedrību un tās nozīme kultūrā. Trešajā daļa ir aprakstīta lukisma ietekme uz Dienvidkorejas sabiedrību. Tika apskatīti CV noteikumi priekš darbavietas. Tika uztaisīta aptauja starp korejiešu jauniešiem no 16 līdz 25 gadiem, un to rezultāti apkopoti tabulās un diagrammās. No tiem tika veikti secinājumi.

The title of this bachelor's thesis is "Lookism and its Impact on the Labor Market in South Korea". Nowaday society in South Korea has been stuck with appearance more than human’s inner personality. Because of that stereotypes have been made that in South Korea’s Labor market they pay attention to the appearance more than the experience of work and quality of education. In this work facts and theories are being discussed, which had been collected by many experiments on the human pshycology. The work is devided in three parts. Each part has 3 chapters. In the first part terminology and ethimology have been looked at that is connected with the lookism around the world, and especially in South Korea. Historical background also had been included with a detailed overview on how lookism had been appeared in South Korea. During making the work a conclusion has been made about what youth koreans think about discrimination because of the outside appearance. What are the beauty standarts now and how the have been changed since ancient times. Had been searched and looked throught information from the pshycologist scientists from how outside appearance affect on pshycology facts and humans attractiveness, disscussed information about beliefs and tendencies of aesthetic surgery, and how outside appearance discrimination affect on men and women. In the second part the significance of the perspectives of Korean attractiveness was examined and analyzed, as well as the health damage caused by discrimination caused by outside appearance. How beauty in the South Korea affect on the society and it’s meaning in the culture. In the thirs part the impact of lookism on South Korean society has been described. The CV rules for the job were reviewed. A survey of Korean youth between the ages of 16 and 25 was conducted, the results of which are summarized in tables and graphs, from which conclusions were drawn.
