Posta un cietsirdības aspekti romiešu mīlas elēģijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba Posta un cietsirdības aspekti romiešu mīlas elēģijā mērķis ir izpētīt valodas līdzekļus, ar kuriem Propercijs un Ovidijs atklāj posta un cietsirdības aspektus mīlas elēģijās, un salīdzināt abu autoru attieksmi pret postu un cietsirdību. Mērķa sasniegšanai darbā ir apskatītas mūsdienu pētnieku atziņas par romiešu mīlas elēģijas žanru, tā īpatnībām, posta un cietsirdības jēdzieni, kā arī teorētisks materiāls par leksiku un semantiku. Bakalaura darbā analizētie valodas līdzekļi apskatīti trīs aspektos - kā tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļi, kā stilistiskās figūras un kā emocionāli ekspresīvās leksēmas. Pētījuma laikā posta un cietsirdības valodas līdzekļi ir atklāti kā nozīmīgi līdzekļi, lai paustu spēcīgas emocijas, kuras izraisa bēdas, izmisums, pazemojums, sēras vai sašutums, un izveidotu atbilstošos tēlus attiecībā uz abu dzejnieku postu un meiteņu cietsirdību.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis The Aspects of Disaster and Cruelty in Roman Love Elegy is to find out language tools, which are used by Propertius and Ovid to reveal the aspects of disaster and cruelty in love elegies, and compare both authors’ attitude towards disaster and cruelty. To achieve the goal the author studied the conclusions of modern researchers about Roman love elegy, it’s characteristics, terms of disaster and cruelty, as well as theory about lexis and semantics. The language tools analyzed in this paper are examined in three directions: figures of speech, stylistic devices and emotionally expressive words. The thesis revealed the language tools of disaster and cruelty as important tools for conveying strong emotions caused by grief, despair, humiliation, mourning, or indignation and representing the needed characters of both authors’ disaster and girls’ cruelty.
