Uztura nodrošinājums pacientiem pie ķīmijterapijas izraisīta mukozīta

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: Uztura nodrošinājums pacientiem, saņemot ķīmijterapijas kursu. Darbā ir trīs daļas. Pirmajā daļā tika teorētiski analizēti esošie pētījumi par ķīmijterapiju onkoloģijas pacientiem, par uztura problēmām ķīmijterapijas kursa laikā un iespējamām mutes problēmām kā mukozītu. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstīti maģistrā darbā izmantotās metodes pētījuma daļai, kā arī materiāla ievākšanas apraksts. Trešajā daļā tika analizētas septiņas ķīmijterapijas pacientu intervijas. Intervijās noskaidrotas ēšanas problēmas ķīmijterapijas kursa laikā kā vemšana, garšas izmaiņas, atsevišķu produktu nomaiņa kā gaļas izslēgšana. Maģistra darbs sastāv no: 44 lpp., 3 attēliem, 3 tabulām, 98 izmantotiem literatūras avotiem latviešu, angļu un krievu valodās, kā arī 3 pielikumiem. Ķīmijterapija, ķīmijterapijas pacienti, mukozīts, problēmas ar mutes dobumu, uzturs.

Master's thesis topic : Nutritional support for patients undergoing chemotherapy. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the existing research on chemotherapy in oncology patients, nutritional problems during the chemotherapy course and possible oral problems such as mucositis were theoretically analysed. The second part describes the methods used in the master thesis for the research part as well as the description of the material collection. In the third part, seven interviews of chemotherapy patients were analysed. The interviews revealed eating problems during the chemotherapy course, such as vomiting, taste changes, replacement of certain foods such as exclusion of meat. The master thesis consists of: 44 pages, 3 figures, 3 tables, 95 references in Latvian, English and Russian, and 3 appendices.
