Glifosāta un trimetilsulfonija katjona izplatība tējās. Grīnvalde J., darba vadītāja Ph.D. Ikkere L.E. Occurrence of glyphosate and trimethylsulfonium cation in tea. Grīnvalde J., scientific supervisor PhD Ikkere L.E. Bachelor thesis in analytical chemistry, 36 pages, 15 figures, 12 tables, 36 literature references, 2 appendices. In Latvian language. The paper summarizes the available literature on the production of various types of tea from Camellia sinensis or tea plant, their processing, as well as on the determination and occurrence of pesticides, glyphosate and trimethylsulfonium cation and its formation in tea, also its distribution during the development years and its impact on human health. Various tea samples are analysed in the paper, determining the concentrations of glyphosate and trimethylsulfonium cation by high-performance liquid chromatography combined with a tandem mass spectrometer and a turbocharging interface in the negative and positive ionization modes. The occurrence of glyphosate and trimethylsulfonium cation in various types of tea has been compared. The correlation between both compounds has been evaluated.
