Iekapsulētas 15. grupas metālu halkogenīdu/oglekļa nanocaurulīšu heterostruktūras lokanu termoelektrisko materiālu izveide. Brauna L., darba vadītājs Prof., Dr. chem. Development of flexible thermoelectric materials for encapsulated group 15 metal chalcogenide/carbon nanotube heteroctructures. Brauna L., supervisor Prof., Dr. chem. Erts D. and researcher Mg. phys. Buks K., bachelor work in physical chemistry. 46 pages, 31 figures, 12 tables, 32 references. In Latvian. The thermoelectric properties of the chalcogenides of group 15 metals are an important factor in the development of thermoelectric generators. With the worldwide growing interest in flexible thermoelectric devices, the efficient development of thermoelectric composites is required. In this work, heterostructures of carbon nanotubes and Bi2Se3 or Sb2Te3 were created an encapsulated in polymers to form mechanically stable, flexible thermoelectric nanocomposites. Atomizer spray of carbon nanotubes, physical vapour deposition of metal chalcogenides and polymer deposition techniques were used for their formation. The thermoelectric properties of heterostructures and nanocomposites depending on the amount of carbon nanotubes before and after encapsulation have been investigated, and the differences using n-type and p-type multiwalled carbon nanotubes have been compared.
