Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Han izpausmes 21. gadsimta Dienvidkorejas kino”. Mūsdienās Dienvidkorejas kino ir viens no populārākajiem un kritiski atzītākajiem pasaulē, tāpēc šajā darbā tiek aplūkota viena no filmās esošajām korejiešu kultūrā sastopamām idejām – han. Bakalaura darbā tiek likts uzsvars uz han izpausmju atrašanu izvēlētajās filmās, to kā tas rodas un ietekmē tēlu rīcību. Lai labāk saprastu, kas ir han, darbā tiks iekļauts īss ieskats tā nozīmē un vēsturē. Nākošā daļa sevī iekļauj kolektīvā han izpausmes filmās “Parazīts” un “Taksists”. Pēdējā daļā tiek apskatīts personīgais han filmās “Oldboy”, “Laipnā Gumdža” un “Mother”. Tiek arī izklāstīts izvēlēto filmu sižets, lai han tiktu analizēts sižeta kontekstā. Darba gaitā tika secināts, ka han izpausmju cēlonis ir gan ārējo faktoru ietekmēts, gan paša tēlu rīcības ietekmēts.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is “Manifestations of Han in 21st Century South Korean Cinema”. Today, South Korean cinema is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed in the world, so this work looks at one of the ideas found in Korean culture and it’s films - han. The emphasis in the bachelor's thesis is on finding manifrestations of han in selected films, how it arises and how it affects the behavior of characters. To better understand what han is, the work will include a brief overview of its meaning and history. The next part includes collective han manifestations in the films "Parasite" and "Taxi Driver". The last part deals with the personal han in the films "Oldboy", "Lady Vengeance" and "Mother". The plot of the selected films is also presented so that han can be analyzed in the context of the plot. In the course of the work, it was concluded that the cause of han manifestations is both influenced by external factors and by the actions of the characters themselves.
