Latviešu folkloras tekstu uztvere un izpratne latviešu valodas kā otrās valodas apguvē 1.-6. klasē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek apskatīts jautājums par folkloras tekstiem latviešu kā otrās valodas mācību saturā. Mērķis – izpētīt latviešu folkloras tekstu uztveres un izpratnes aspektus, izstrādāt ieteikumus par nepieciešamo atbalstu folkloras tekstu apguvē 1.–6.klašu skolēniem – nosaka darba aktualitāti un novitāti. Darbā tika izvērtēts latviešu folkloras saturs pamatizglītības paraugprogrammās, aptaujāti latviešu valodas skolotāji un izpētīta 3. un 5. klases skolēnu folkloras tekstu izpratne; sniegti ieteikumi mācību programmas pilnveidei. Maģistra darbā konstatēts, ka folkloras teksti ir nozīmīgi otrās valodas apguvē, taču īpatnēja valoda un nepietiekamas valodas zināšanas mazākumtautību skolēniem sagādā uztveres un izpratnes grūtības. Maģistra darbā sniegts ierosinājums organizēt sistemātisku saskarsmi ar folkloras tekstiem, izmantot adaptētus tekstus, veidot jaunu mācību līdzekli lasītājiem ar nepietiekamu latviešu valodas apguves līmeni.

The issue of folklore texts in the content of teaching Latvian as a second language is studied in the master's thesis. The aim is to explore the aspects of perception and comprehension of Latvian folklore texts by1st-6th grade pupils and develop recommendations for improving the understanding of these texts, which determines the topicality and novelty of the work. The content of Latvian folklore in reference programs for primary education was evaluated, Latvian language teachers were interviewed, and the understanding of folklore texts of 3rd and 5th-grade pupils was examined; recommendations for school programme improvement were provided. It has been established in the master's thesis that folklore texts are essential in learning Latvian as a second language. But the specific language of folklore texts and insufficient knowledge of the Latvian language cause difficulties in the perception and understanding of folklore texts for ethnic minority pupils. The master's thesis proposes to organize systemic work with folklore texts, to use adapted texts to create a new textbook for readers with an insufficient level of Latvian language.
