Pilsētnieku kolektīvā identitāte un uzvedības normas 14. – 15. gadsimta Rīgā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba centrā ir uzvedības normas kā pilsētnieku kolektīvo identitāti formējošs instruments 14. – 15. gadsimta Rīgā. Analizējot tiesību avotos sastopamās uzvedības normas, kas bija saistošas vēlo viduslaiku Rīgas iedzīvotājiem, darbā risināts jautājums par uzvedības normu ietekmi uz pilsētnieku kolektīvās identitātes veidošanos. Vienlaikus darbā mēģināts konstruēt 14. – 15. gadsimta Rīgas iedzīvotāju kolektīvo identitāti uzvedības normu kontekstā, ilustrējot tā laika sabiedrību gan individuālā, gan grupu līmenī. Pētījums padziļina izpratni par Rīgas pilsētas iedzīvotājiem 14. – 15. gadsimta Rīgā, kā arī paplašina tiesību avotos iekļauto normu izmantošanas potenciālu sociālās vēstures kontekstā.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on behavioral norms as a tool forming the collective identity of Riga citizens in the 14th – 15th century. The thesis addresses the issue of the impact of behavioral norms on the formation of the collective identity of urban residents, by analyzing the norms of behavior found in legal sources, which were binding on the inhabitants of late medieval Riga. In addition, the research attempts to construct the collective identity of Riga citizens in the 14th – 15th century in the context of behavioral norms, illustrating the society both at the individual and group level. The study deepens the understanding of Riga citizens in the 14th – 15th centuries, as well as extends the potential of using the norms included in the legal sources in the context of social history.
