“Psihosociālie riski veselības aprūpē nodarbinātajiem un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi”. Darba autore: Vita Metuma. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja asoc. prof., Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 73 lpp., ietver 5 att., 16 tabulas, 76 informācijas avotus. Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām. “Psychosocial Risks for Healthcare Workers and Health Promotion Measures”. Author of the paper: Vita Metuma. Scientific supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. med. Ženija Roja. The paper consists of 73 pages and incorporates 5 figures, 16 tables, and references 76 sources of information. The study is divided into four sections. The first section is an overview and analysis of the literature on psychosocial risks, which includes their prevalence, impact, assessment methods, and measures to prevent or mitigate them. The examination of the literature indicates that psychosocial risks are the most prevalent and noteworthy in the healthcare sector. The second section outlines the research methods utilized, while the third section provides a summary and analysis of the collected data, including discussion. Based on the findings of the study, it was determined that employees in the selected organization face psychosocial risks related to job content, job demands, and working time, which significantly affect their mental workload. The fourth section of the study focuses on the health and well-being promotion strategies and measures in response to the research findings. Proposals have been formulated in accordance with the research outcomes. The study utilized multiple research methods, including the use of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III), the NASA-TLX Index, and a sociological survey.
