Ķīnas tējas dzeršanas kultūras salīdzinājums un evolūcija no Tan dinastijas līdz 21. gadsimtam

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir "Ķīnas tējas dzeršanas salīdzinājums un evolūcija no Tan dinastijas laikiem līdz 21. gadsimtam". Šajā darbā tiek pētīta un salīdzināta tējas dzeršanas evolūcija Ķīnā no dinastijām: Tan, Sun, Min, Qin un 21. gadsimtā. tējas dzeršana Ķīnā. Diplomdarbā tiek pētīts tējas dzeršanas vēsturiskais aspekts Ķīnā, jo valstī notiek pārmaiņas dažādos periodos. Šajā darbā tiek salīdzināta tējas dzeršana Ķīnā, izmantojot katra perioda atšķirības un līdzības, ņemot vērā tādus faktorus kā kultūra, reliģijai un tradīcijām ir liela nozīme katra laika perioda ietekmēšanā. Šajā bakalaurā darbā ir aplūkota tējas dzeršanas evolūcija Ķīnā, kā tējas dzeršana uzplauka Tan dinastijā un kā attīstījās tējas dzeršana Ķīnā, tai sāka attīstīties un virzīties uz priekšu Sun , Juaņ, Min un Cjin , kā arī koncepcija un filozofija. Tējas dzeršana atšķiras no 21. gadsimta tējas dzeršanas Ķīnā. Šī promocijas darba mērķis ir izprast ķīniešu tējas dzeršanas nozīmi laika gaitā, izmantojot senus avotus no dinastijas periodiem, kā arī veidot aptauju, ko mūsdienu ķīnieši aizpilda, lai patiesi redzētu salīdzinājumu, izmaiņas, attīstību, sasniegumus un tējas dzeršanas nozīme visu laiku. Izmantotās pētījumu metodes bija salīdzinošās un analītiskās. Šajā promocijas darbā veiktā pētījuma rezultātā var secināt, ka tējas dzeršana ir mainījusies no Tan dinastijas līdz 21. gadsimtam. Izmantojot autoru personīgos novērojumus, autore secina, ka tējas dzeršanai bija liela ietekme uz ķīniešiem pagātnē un tā joprojām ir svarīga ķīniešu kultūrā arī mūsdienās.

The title of the bachelor thesis is "The Comparison and Evolution of Tea Drinking from the Tang Dynasty until the 21st Century”. This thesis examines and compares the evolution of Tea drinking in China from the dynasties; Tang, Song, Ming, Qing and 21st century tea drinking in China. The thesis explores the historical aspect of tea drinking in China, as the country goes through changes through the various periods. This thesis compares tea drinking in China, through differences and similarities of each period, where factors such as culture, religion and tradition play a major role in influencing each period of time. This thesis highlights the evolution of tea drinking in China, how tea drinking blossomed in the Tang dynasty and how tea drinking in China progressed, as it began to develop and advance in the Song, Ming and Qing dynasty, and how the concept and philosophy of tea drinking differs in the 21st century tea drinking in China. The purpose of this thesis is to understand the significance of Chinese tea drinking throughout time, using ancient sources from dynastic periods, as well as forming a survey that today’s Chinese people complete, in order to truly see the comparison, changes, developments, advancements and importance of tea drinking throughout the ages. The research methods used were comparative and analytical. Through the research conducted in this thesis it can be concluded that tea drinking has changed, from the Tang dynasty to the 21st century. Through the author's personal observations, the author concludes that tea drinking had a big influence on Chinese people in the past and it continues to be important in the culture of Chinese people today.
