Polimērmateriālu iegūšana Maikla nukleofilās pievienošanas reakcijā no rapšu eļļas sintezētiem bio-polioliem. Eihe D. L., zinātniskais vadītājs mg. chem, Āboliņš A. Bakalaura darbs, 44 lappuses, 35 attēli, 4 tabulas, 30 literatūras avoti, 1 pielikums. Latviešu valodā. Darbā ir veikta monolītu ieguve Maikla nukleofilās pievienošanas reakcijā, izmantojot no rapšu eļļas iegūtus dažādas funkcionalitātes poliolus. Epoksidācijas reakcijā ieguva epoksidētu rapšu eļļu, no kuras tālāk sintezēja poliolus, izmantojot metanolu (MeOH), dietilēnglikolu (DEG), 1,4-butāndiolu (BD) un trimetilolpropānu (TMP). Transesterificēšanas reakcijā ar terc-butil acetoacetātu no bio-polioliem ieguva Maikla donorus, kurus tālāk izmantoja polimēru materiālu ieguvē, izmantojot Maikla nukleofilās pievienošanas reakciju, kā akceptoru izmantojot komerciāli iegādātu trimetilolpropāna triakrilātu. Poliolu un iegūto acetoacetāta esteru funkcionālās grupas analizēja, izmantojot Furjē transformācijas infrasarkano spektroskopiju (FTIR) un gēla caurlaidības hromatogrāfiju (GPC). Vielu īpašības pētīja, izmantojot viskozitātes mērījumus un titrimetriskās metodes. Polimēru materiālu fizikālās un termiskās īpašības pētīja, izmantojot cietvielu kodolu magnētisko rezonansi (KMR), diferenciāli skenējošo kalorimetriju (DSK), dinamisko mehānisko analīzi (DMA) un termogravimetrisko analīzi (TGA). Development of polymer materials by Michael addition reaction from rapeseed oil based bio-polyols. Eihe D. L., supervisor mg. chem. Abolins A. Bachelor’s thesis, 44 pages, 35 figures, 4 tables, 30 literature references, 1 appendice. In Latvian. In this study, polymer materials were obtained in Michael addition reaction from rapeseed oil based bio-polyols with different functionality. In an epoxidation reaction epoxidized rapeseed oil was obtained, from which polyols were synthesized using methanol, diethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol and trimethylolpropane. Further, via transesterification with tert-butyl acetoacetate Michael donors were obtained from the bio-polyols. The obtained Michael donors were further used to develop polymer materials via Michael nucleophilic addition reaction, as an acceptor using comercially bought trimethlolpropane triacrylate. The functional groups of intermediate and acetoacetate ester product were analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectra and gel permeation chromatography. Properties of these materials were determined by viscosity measurement and titrimetric methods. Properties of polymers were determined using solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis testing apparatus.
