Neērtā arhitektūras mantojuma integrēta plānošana Rīgā

Abstract

Lielākajai daļai sabiedrību ir savas vēstures rētas, kas izriet no iesaistīšanās karā un pilsoņu nemieros vai ticības sistēmu ievērošanas, kuru pamatā ir neiecietība, diskriminācija vai etniskais naidīgums. Neērtā mantojuma vietas sniedz svarīgus strukturālus pierādījumus par Eiropas vēstures un kultūras mantojuma sarežģītību un dažkārt pretrunīgo raksturu. Tām ir nozīme piemiņas kultūrā kā vietām, kur pieredzēt Eiropas vēsturi, tās dažādās perspektīvas. Pētnieki šo mantojumu apzīmējuši ar tādiem sinonīmiem terminiem kā neērts, tumšs, disonējošs, sarežģīts, negatīvs u.c. Šī pētījuma ietvaros visā pētījumā tiek lietots termins neērtais mantojums. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus neērtā arhitektūras mantojuma integrētai plānošanai Rīgā. Maģistra darbā izstrādāts neērtā arhitektūras mantojuma teorētiskais ietvars pētījumam, izvērtētas neērtā mantojuma vietas priekšlikumu izstrādei pārvaldībai un integrētai plānošana Rīgā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām un secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Darba pamatteksts izklāstīts 71 lappusēs. Darbā iekļauts 29 attēli, 2 tabulas, 4 pielikumi. Literatūras sarakstā iekļautas 75 vienības.

Most societies bear the scars of their histories, resulting from involvement in war and civil unrest, or adherence to belief systems based on intolerance, racial discrimination or ethnic hostility. Dissonant heritage sites provide important structural evidence of the complexity and sometimes contradictory nature of Europe's historical and cultural heritage. They have a role in commemorative culture as places to experience European history, its different perspectives. Researchers have labeled this legacy with such synonymous terms as uncomfortable, dark, dissonant, complex, negative, etc. Within the framework of this study, the term dissonant heritage is used. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop proposals for the integrated planning of the inconvenient architectural heritage in Riga. In the master's thesis, the theoretical framework for the study of the inconvenient architectural heritage was developed, the inconvenient heritage site was evaluated for the development of proposals for management and integrated planning in Riga. Master's thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusions, a list of used literature and appendices. The main text of the work is presented in 71 pages. The work includes 29 pictures, 2 tables, 4 appendices. The bibliography includes 75 items.
