Gastropoētikas aspekti Laimas Kotas grāmatā «Mana turku kafija»

Abstract

: Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir «Gasropoētikas aspekti Laimas Kotas grāmatā «Mana turku kafija.» Darbā tiek pētīta nacionālās identitātes un gastropoētikas sasaiste. Tiek pētītas latviešu un turku identitātes atšķirības gastropoētikas aspektā. Darbā būtiska loma ir turku tradīciju un kultūras izpētei. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta gastropoētikas un nacionālās identitātes sasaiste ar literatūru, kā arī atsevišķi skaidroti šie jēdzieni. Praktiskajā daļā analizēti grāmatā «Mana turku kafija» pieminētie ēdieni un dzērieni gastropoētikas un nacionālās identitātes aspektā.

: The title of my bachelor paper is "Aspects of Gasropoetics in Laima Kota's «Mana turku kafija» My Turkish Coffee." The paper explores the link between national identity and gastropoetics. In this paper will be researched the differences between Latvian and Turkish identities in the aspect of gastropoetics. Turkish traditions and culture play an important role in the paper. The theoretical part describes the link between gastropoetics and national identity in literature and explains these concepts separately. The practical part analyses the meaning of dishes and drinks in the book «Mana turku kafija» 'My Turkish Coffee' from the point of view of gastropoetics and national identity.
