Lielpilsētas loma ekspresionisma lirikā caur Georga Simmela esejas perspektīvu

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs ir veltīts lielpilsētas tēla un lomas izpētei 20. gadsimta sākuma dzejā. Balstoties uz galvenajiem aspektiem, kas raksturoti Georga Zimmela esejā „Die Großstädte und das Geistesleben“ (Lielpilsētas un garīgā dzīve), tika analizēti dažādu vācu ekspresionistu dzejoļi, kuros tika izteiktas lielo pilsētu iedzīvotāju domas un jūtas, gūstot apstiprinājumu Zimmela teorētiskajiem novērojumiem. Zimmels apskata dzīvi lielpilsētā no cilvēka garīgajiem un fiziskajiem aspektiem, ko ietekmē industrializācija un pilsētu kā sociālo centru attīstība un paplašināšanās. Tāpēc šajā darbā uzmanība tiek pievērsta dažādiem cilvēka dzīves aspektiem un to atveidojumam ekspresionisma lirikā, iegūstot detalizētu priekšstatu par 20. gadsimta sākuma lielpilsētu, tās uztveri un lomu cilvēka dzīvē.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the study of the image and the role of a big city in the early 20th century. Based on the most important aspects taken from Georg Simmel's essay „The Metropolis und Mental Life”, poems of various German expressionist poets were analyzed, in the content of which the thoughts and feelings of the inhabitants of big cities were expressed, and these feelings confirm the theoretical aspects of Simmel. Simmel considers life in a big city from the perspective that there are mental and physical aspects arising as a result of industrialization and the development and expansion of such social centers, therefore this work also contains studies of various aspects that ultimately help to form a larger and more detailed picture of the big city and identify the role of the big city in human’s life.
