Vācbaltu-latviešu valodas un kultūras kontakts kā noteicējs grupu nosaukumu izveidē

Abstract

Tēmas izvēle pamatojama ar autores interesi par kultūrvēsturiskajām un politiskahām attiecībām starp latviešiem un vāciešiem. Tēma ir salīdzinoši maz pētīta. Šī darba mērķis ir atklāt jaunu perspektīvu pētīšanas procesā un noskaidrot, kā valodas un kultūras kontakts starp Latvijas teritorijas iedzīvotājiem, t. i. latviešiem (valsts kā struktūra šī perioda ietvaros vēl nebija nodibināta, bet runa par valsts teritoriju, kā tā redzama šodien pasaules kartē; arī ar vārdu -latvietis- reti kurš sevi toreiz identificēja, te piederība “grupai” tika asicoēta ar kultūrvēsturisko novadu un Vācbaltiešiem bija pamats dažādu personu grupu nosaukumu izveidei 19. gs. vidū - 20. gs. sākumā, atsevišķi pētot tautā sauktos “kārklu vāciešus”, jaunlatviešus, vācbaltiešus; analizējot identitātes, patriotisma, etniskās piederības un nacionālās pašapziņas jēdzienus šo grupu savstarpējajā saskarsmē. Lai šo mērķi sasniegtu, darbā tiks izmantoti internetā un bibliotēku arhīvos pieejamie resursi, tiks pētīta individuālā vērtību sistēma dažādu personu grupu pārstāvjiem un analīzēta arī jēdziena “kārklu vācieši” konteksts. Tiks pētīti arī iemesli vārdu un uzvārdu vāciskošanai (un latviskošanai), kur pirmais minētais lielā daļā gadijumu bija “kārklu vācietības” izrietošās sekas. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 10 nodaļām, secinājumiem un izmantotās literatūras saraksta.

The author of the work has chosen this topic, because she is interested in the cultural, historical and political relations between Latvians and Germans. The topic is relatively little studied. The aim of this work is to reveal a new perspective in the research process and to find out, how the language and culture contact between the inhabitants of the territory of Latvia, by that author means Latvians (the state as a structure had not yet been established within this period; there is talked about the territory of the state, as it is seen today on the world map; also with the word -Latvian- rarely anyone identified themselves at the time, here belonging to the "group" was associated with the cultural and historical district, and Baltic German were the basis for the creation of various group names of people at the middle of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th; separately studying the so-called "willow/ juniper Germans", Young Latvians, Baltic Germans;- analyzing the concepts of identity, patriotism, ethnicity and national self-awareness in the interaction of these groups. In order to achieve this goal, there will be used the resources available on the Internet and library archives, there also will be studied the individual value system of representatives of different people groups and how exactly these representatives will then later subsequently influence the history and cultural space of Latvia. This work will also have chapter on the use of the concept of "Kārklu vācieši". The reasons for the change of names and surnames, after the german model will also be studied, where the first, in most cases was the resulting consequences of the "Self-initiative renunciation of Latvian identity". The work consists of an introduction, 10 chapters, conclusion and a list of used literature.
