Sadarbība starp praktizējošām māsām un medicīnas asistentiem
Abstract
Bakalaura tēma ir “Sadarbība starp praktizējošām māsām un medicīnas asistentiem”. Tēmas novitāti raksturo situācija veselības aprūpes nozarē, Latvijā, respektīvi, šobrīd ir vērojams akūts māsu iztrūkums, kas sastāda 3,5 tūkstošus. Medicīnas studentiem, kuri ir veiksmīgi nokārtojuši 3.studiju kursu, ir iespēja uzsākt darba attiecības veselības aprūpes nozarē, amatā “Medicīnas asistents”, strādājot praktizējošu māsu pavadībā. Taču dažādu iemeslu dēļ, nozarē paliek strādāt vien trešdaļa jauno speciālistu. Pamatojoties uz šiem datiem, darba autore savā bakalaura darbā pēta kāda ir sadarbība starp praktizējošām māsām un medicīnas asistentiem, kas ietver šādus apakšpunktus- pienākumu sadale, izpilde; atbildības dalīšana; uzticēšanās; komunikācija; sadarbošanās. Pētījuma mērķis ir sniegt sabiedrībai ieskatu par augstāk minēto tēmu. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir sadarbība starp praktizējošām māsām un medicīnas asistentiem? Atslēgvārdi: sadarbība, praktizējoša māsa, medicīnas asistents. The subject of the Bachelor's degree is 'Cooperation between practising nurses and nursing assistants'. The trend is illustrated by the situation in the healthcare sector in Latvia, where there is currently an acute shortage of nurses, amounting to 3.5 thousand. Medical students who have successfully completed their third year of study have the opportunity to enter into a working relationship in the healthcare sector as a 'Medicine Assistant' working with a nurse practitioner. However, for various reasons, only a third of the new specialists remain in the sector. Based on these data, the author of the thesis examines in his bachelor thesis the interaction between nurse practitioners and nursing assistants, which includes the following elements: division of duties, performance; sharing of responsibilities; trust; communication; cooperation. The aim of the study is to provide the public with an insight into the above-mentioned topic. Research question: What is the relationship between nurse practitioners and nursing assistants?
