Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ,, Vispārējās aprūpes māsas izglītojošais darbs par autiska spektra traucējumiem sociālās aprūpes iestādē”. Tēmas aktualitāte: sakarā ar cilvēku ar autiska spektra traucējumiem integrāciju sabiedrībā un palielinoties klientu ar šādiem traucējumiem ievietošanu sociālās aprūpes institūcijās, veselības un sociālās aprūpes speciālistiem ir nepieciešamas zināšanas un prasmes par autiska spektra traucējumiem un to aprūpes īpatnībām darbā ar šādiem cilvēkiem. Iegūstot padziļinātākas zināšanas par klientu ar autiska spektra traucējumiem vajadzībām un aprūpes īpatnībām, šādiem klientiem tiks nodrošināta atbilstoša un pielāgota vide un nodrošināts uz klientu vērsts aprūpes process. Darba mērķis: izpētīt vispārējās aprūpes māsas izglītojošo darbu par AST sociālās aprūpes iestādē. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Veikt zinātniskās literatūras un jaunāko pētījumu izpēti un analīzi par vispārējās aprūpes māsas izglītojošā darba lomu sociālās aprūpes iestādē, kā arī AST raksturojumu. 2. Analizēt B. Ņūmenas aprūpes teorijas saistību ar klientu ar AST aprūpi un vispārējās aprūpes māsas praksi sociālās aprūpes iestādē. 3. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – daļēji strukturētu aptaujas anketu. 4. Veikt kvantitatīvu pētījumu – klientu aprūpes procesā iesaistīto darbinieku aptauju par vispārējās aprūpes māsas izglītojošā darba lomu par AST sociālās aprūpes iestādē. 5. Analizēt un apkopot iegūtos aptaujas anketas rezultātus. 6. Izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus par māsas izglītojošā darba lomu aprūpes procesa uzlabošanā klientiem ar AST sociālās aprūpes iestādē. Pētījuma hipotēze: vispārējās aprūpes māsu izglītojošais darbs par AST sociālās aprūpes iestādē veicina aprūpes procesa uzlabošanu klientiem ar AST. Pētījuma veids: kvantitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments: daļēji strukturēta aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: tika analizēti un apkopoti pētījuma aptaujas iegūtie rezultāti, izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti ieteikumi. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze tiek apstiprināta - vispārējās aprūpes māsu izglītojošais darbs par AST sociālās aprūpes iestādē veicina aprūpes procesa uzlabošanu klientiem ar AST. Relevance of the topic: due to the integration of people with autistic spectrum disorders into society and the increasing placement of clients with such disorders in social care institutions, health and social care specialists need knowledge and skills about autistic spectrum disorders and the peculiarities of their care in working with such people. By gaining more in-depth knowledge of the needs and specifics of care for clients with autism spectrum disorders, such clients will be provided with an appropriate and customized environment and a client-centered care process. The purpose of the work: to study the educational work of a general care nurse on AST in a social care institution. Research tasks: 1. Conduct research and analysis of scientific literature and the latest research on the role of educational work of a general care nurse in a social care institution, as well as the characteristics of AST. 2. To analyze the relationship of B. Neuman's theory of care with the client with AST care and general care nursing practice in a social care institution. 3. Develop a research tool – a semi-structured survey questionnaire. 4. To conduct a quantitative study - a survey of employees involved in the client care process about the role of the general care nurse's educational work on AST in a social care institution. 5. Analyze and summarize the results of the survey questionnaire. 6. Draw conclusions and make proposals about the role of the nurse's educational work in improving the care process for clients with AST in a social care institution. Research hypothesis: the educational work of general care nurses about AST in a social care institution contributes to the improvement of the care process for clients with AST. Type of research: quantitative research method. Research instrument: semi-structured survey questionnaire. Research results: the results of the research survey were analyzed and summarized, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made. The hypothesis put forward in the study was confirmed - the educational work of general care nurses about AST in a social care institution contributes to the improvement of the care process for clients with AST.
