Bachelor's topic "The nurse's role in working with patients undergoing IVF with donor eggs". The theoretical part of the work describes life without children and later pregnancy, the concept of infertility, its reasons and treatment methods, the egg donation process and its use, as well as the nurse's work in the donor egg cycle. After analyzing the literature, it was concluded that one in six couples worldwide encounters some infertility problem at least once during their reproductive life. An increasing number of women are delaying childbirth until age-related fertility decline contributes to the prevalence of infertility and increases the demand for fertility treatment using assisted reproductive technologies, including the use of donor eggs. The aim of the study was to explore the nurse's role in working with patients at the "X" reproductive clinic undergoing IVF using donor eggs. The research question was to find out what the nurse's role is in working with patients using donor eggs. In the practical part, a quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study was used. An anonymous questionnaire was developed for all women who were at the "X" reproductive clinic during the study period. Totally 92 women participated in the study, of whom 13 had used donor eggs at the "X" reproductive clinic. After data analysis and summarizing, it was determined that the nurse's role in working with patients using donor eggs is considered important. Patients highlighted the nurse's professionalism, ability to individually adapt to each patient and provide emotional and physical support throughout the process. Nurse's care, educational work, accessibility and trust were highly valued by the patients.
