Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma-Izgulējumu profilakse un aprūpe pēc insulta Darba mērķis- noskaidrot kā tiek veikta izgulējumu profilakse un aprūpe pēc insulta Pētījuma uzdevumi: Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par izgulējumu profilaksi un aprūpi pēc insulta. Veikt V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teorijas analīzi saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- interviju. Veikt praktisku pētījumu. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma rezultāti– izgulējumu aprūpe un profilakse pacientiem pēc insulta ir sarežģīts procesu kopums, kā būtiskāko izgulējumu aprūpē un profilaksē var definēt pacientu pozicionēšanu, higiēnu, adekvātu uzturu un šķidruma uzņemšanu un emocionālo labklājību. Darbs sastāv no 48 lpp. ar 6 pielikumiem, tā izstrādei tika izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti Atslēgvārdi: izgulējumi pēc insulta, aprūpe, izgulējumu profilakse, pacientu izglītošana

Bachelor's thesis topic - Prevention and Care of Pressure Ulcers After Stroke Objective of the study - To determine how pressure ulcer prevention and care are performed after a stroke. Research tasks: Summarize and analyze literature on pressure ulcer prevention and care after stroke. Conduct an analysis of V. Henderson's theory of basic human needs in relation to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. Develop a research instrument - interview guide. Conduct practical research. Summarize and analyze the obtained data and draw conclusions. Research results - Pressure ulcer care and prevention for patients after a stroke is a complex process, with the most essential aspects being patient positioning, hygiene, adequate nutrition and fluid intake, and emotional well-being.
