2 Anotācija Bakalaura darba tēma: Medicīnas personāla drošība darbā ar agresīviem pacientiem Tēmas aktualitāti pamato Rīgas Austrumu slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikas vadītāja Aleksejs Višņakova sniegtā informācija par vardarbību pret ārstniecības personām, tās tendenci pieaugt. Ārstniecības personas darba vietā piedzīvo dažāda veida agresiju no pacientiem, kas neliek justies droši medicīnas personālam. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot personāla drošību, strādājot ar agresīviem pacientiem Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt literatūras avotus un normatīvos aktus par personāla drošību 2. Analizēt literatūras avotus un normatīvos aktus par agresīvu uzvedību 3. Izveidot pētījuma instrumentu, kura mērķis ir noskaidrot personāla viedokļus par drošību darbā ar agresīviem klientiem 4. Veikt personāla anketēšanu 5. Apkopot, analizēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus 6.
