Abstract

Ahirālu laktonu stereoselektīva Airlenda-Klaizena pārgrupēšanās. Ūdris N., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., Šmits G. Darbā ir veikta ahirālu laktonu stereoselektīva Airlenda-Klaizena pārgrupēšanās reakcija par optiski aktīviem piperidīniem . Šie piperidīdi izmantoti monoterpēnu indola alkaloīdu (+)-sitsirikīna un (+)-dihidrositsirikīna totālā sintēzē. Tika veika literatūras analīze par monoterpēnu indola alkaloīdu totālajām sintēzēm un hirālu bora reaģentu pielietošanu Airlenda-Klaizena pārgrupēšanās reakcijās. Tika sintezētu ahirāli laktoni, noteikta pārgrupēšanās produktu hirālo centru absolūtā konfigurācija.

In this work, a stereoselective Ireland-Claisen rearrangement reaction of achiral lactones to optically active piperidines was performed. These piperidines were used in the total synthesis of the monoterpene indole alkaloids (+)-sitsirikine and (+)-dihydrositsirikine. A literature review was conducted on the total syntheses of monoterpene indole alkaloids and the application of chiral boron reagents in Ireland-Claisen rearrangement reactions. Achiral lactones were synthesized, and the absolute configuration of the chiral centers of the rearrangement products was determined.
