Maģistra darba ietvaros tika izstrādātas un optimizētas metodes beta-amiloīda peptīda būvbloku iegūšanai un sametināšanai. Literatūras apskatā ir apkopota informācija par amīdsaites veidošanās un Fmoc nošķelšanas metodēm

In the masters thesis methods for the obtaining and coupling of beta-amyloid peptide fragments were developed and optimized. The literature review contains methods of amide bond formation and Fmoc deprotection.
