Notekūdeņu dūņu ietekme uz elementu sastāvu priedes koksnē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika analizētas četrpadsmit gadus vecas parastās priedes (Pinus sylvestris L.), kas aug noplicināta kūdras atradne Latvijas centrālajā daļā (hemi-boreālie klimatiskie apstākļi), kur augsnes uzlabošanai tika piemērotas notekūdeņu dūņas. Darbā tika noteikta mikro- un makroelementu uzkrāšanas un sadalījums priedes koka gadskārtās, izmantojot ICP-MS un IRMS metodes (izotopu masas attiecības). Iegūtie dati tika salīdzināti ar informācijas avotiem un veikti secinājumi par notekūdeņu dūņu ietekmi uz elementāro saturu koksnē.

In this bachelor thesis the impact of sewage sludge fertilizer on Scots pines (Pinus sylvestris L.) is researched. The chosen pines were fourteen-year-old and located in a depleted peat deposit in the central part of Latvia (hemi-boreal climatic conditions). In the work, the accumulation and distribution of micro- and macroelements in pine wood annuals was determined using ICP-MS and IRMS methods (isotopic mass ratios). The obtained data were compared with information sources and conclusions were drawn about the effect of sewage sludge on the elemental content of wood.
