Abstract

Trokšņa un fiziskas noslodzes ietekme uz darba spējām inženiertīklu būvniecības uzņēmumā ‘’X’’. Darba autors: Mārcis Mangins. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. Chem. asoc. prof. Ingars Reinholds. Darbs ir izklāstīts uz 42 lpp, ietver 19 attēlus, 6 tabulas, 5 pielikumus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta pieejamā literatūra par troksni būvniecības nozarē, tā izraisītām veselības problēmām, kā ari fiziskās noslodzi būvniecības nozare un izraisītajām veselības problēmām fiziskas slodzes iespaidā. Ilgstoša riska ietekmē iespējama arodsaslimšana. Otrā daļa sastāv no pētījumā izmantoto metožu apraksta. Trešā daļa ir pētījuma rezultāti un novērtējums. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka uzņēmuma darbinieki veic fizisku smagu darbu, kura uzdevumu veikšanai nepieciešama laba fiziskā sagatavotība. Trokšņa līmenis ļoti bieži darba procesos pārsniedz pieļaujamo trokšņa ekspozīcijas robežvērtību 87dB(A). Ceturtajā daļā, balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem datiem, izstrādāti secinājumi, sagatavoti priekšlikumi gan darba devējam, gan darbiniekam fiziskas noslodzes un trokšņa riska ietekmes mazināšanai.

The first part summarizes and analyses the literature on noise in the construction industry, health problems caused by it, as well as physical stress in the construction industry and health problems caused by physical overload. Long term influence of risk leads to occupational disease. The second part consists of a description of the methods used in the research. The third part is the research results and evaluation. The results of the research allow us to conclude that the company's employees perform physical hard work, the performance of which requires good physical preparation. The noise level very often exceeds the limit value of 87dB(A) for the complex noise exposure of the work process. In the fourth part, based on the research results, conclusions are drawn up, proposals are prepared for both the employer and the employee to reduce the impact of physical strain and noise risk.
