Insulta pacientu aprūpe pēc trombolīzes

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Insulta pacientu aprūpe trombolīzes”. Bakalaura darbā tika izvirzīts mērķis: noskaidrot insulta pacientu aprūpi pēc trombolīzes. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika sastādīti uzdevumi un izvirzīta hipotēze: Pacientu pēc trombolīzes aprūpes efektīvs iznākums ir balstīts uz pastiprinātu pacientu novērošanu pirmo 24h laikā un komplikāciju atpazīšanu. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskā daļā analizēta literatūra par insultu, insulta radītajām sekām un aprūpi pēc intravenozas trombolīzes. Pētījuma realizēšanai tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – aptauja. Aptaujā piedalījās 100 neiroloģijas māsas. Pētījums tika veikts četrās Latvijas slimnīcās, laika posmā no 2024.gada 30.maija līdz 1. jūlijam. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot insulta pacientu aprūpi pēc trombolīzes., ir sasniegts. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Care of stroke patients after thrombolysis” The goal of the bachelor’s thesis was set: to identify the care of stroke patients after thrombolysis. To achieve the goal, tasks were defined, and a hypothesis was proposed: the effectiveness of care for patients after thrombolysis is based on enhanced patient monitoring during the first 24 hours and the recognition of complications. The work consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part analyzes the literature on strokes, the consequences of strokes, and care after intravenous thrombolysis. To implement the study, a quantitative research method was used – a survey. The survey involved 100 neurology nurses. The study was conducted in four Latvian hospitals from May 30 to July 1, 2024. Based on the study results, the aim of the bachelor’s thesis – to identify the care of stroke patients after thrombolysis – was achieved.
