Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Īpašums un saimnieciskā darbība Līsija tiesu runās” tiek pētīts īpašuma un saimnieciskās darbības jēdzienu atspoguļojums sengrieķu oratora Līsija runās. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt īpašuma un saimnieciskās darbības atspoguļojumu un nozīmi Līsija tiesu runās, kā arī noskaidrot runās pausto indivīda un sabiedrības attieksmi pret īpašumu un saimniecisko darbību. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiks analizēti galvenie īpašuma un saimnieciskās darbības aspekti Atēnu kultūras vidē. Šajā daļā tiks aplūkots vēsturiskais konteksts, kādi īpašuma un saimnieciskās darbības jēdzieni funkcionēja senajās Atēnās. Tiks izpētīta arī šo aspektu nozīme Atēnu sabiedrībā un to loma sengrieķu pilsētas sociālekonomiskajā struktūrā. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiks analizēta saimnieciskās darbības un īpašuma jautājumu risināšana tematiskajā kontekstā, kas atspoguļots Līsija runās Senajā Grieķijā. Tiks atlasītas un analizētas konkrētas Līsija runas, kurās īpašuma un saimnieciskās darbības jautājumi tiek aplūkoti no individuālo interešu viedokļa, kā arī sabiedrības attieksme pret šiem aspektiem ir ņemta vērā. Analīzē tiks identificētas īpatnības un atšķirības attieksmē pret īpašumu un saimniecisko darbību gan indivīdu vidū, gan sabiedrībā kopumā.

The bachelor thesis “Property and Economic Activity in Judicial Speeches by Lysias” examines the reflection of the concepts of property and economic activity in the speeches of the ancient Greek orator Lysias. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the representation and meaning of property and economic activity in Lysias' judicial speeches, and to clarify the individual and societal attitudes towards property and economic activity expressed in the speeches. The theoretical part of the thesis will analyse the main aspects of property and economic activity in the Athenian cultural context. This part will examine the historical context in which the concepts of property and economic activity functioned in ancient Athens. It will also examine the importance of these aspects in Athenian society and their role in the socio—economic structure of the ancient Greek city. The practical part of the thesis will analyse the thematic context of economic activity and property as reflected in the speeches of Lysias in Ancient Greece. Specific speeches of Lysias will be selected and analysed in which the issues of property and economic activity are dealt with both at the level of individual interests and at the level of societal attitudes towards these aspects. The analysis will identify the particularities and differences in attitudes towards property and economic activity both among individuals and in society.
