Abstract

"Psihosociālie riski epidemiologa darbā un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi". Darba autore: Kristīne Zeimule. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Mg.sc., SIA “Sunstar Group” vecākā darba aizsardzības speciāliste, Simona Štelle. Darbs izklāstīts ir uz 112 lpp, ietver 15 attēlus, 16 tabulas, 3 pielikumus, 79 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra par epidemiologa darba specifiku, psihosociāliem darba vides riska faktoriem un darbspējām epidemiologa darbā, psihosociālo risku iespējamo ietekmi uz veselības aprūpē nodarbināto veselību un psihosociālajām labklājības metodēm, kā arī darba devēja lomu psihosociālo risku novērtēšanā. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes. Trešajā daļā ir iegūto datu apkopošana un rezultātu analīzes izklāsts par epidemiologu psihosociālo stāvokli Iestādē “X”. Ceturtajā daļā ir izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas pasākumi psihosociālo darba vides risku mazināšanai epidemiologiem un izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka epidemiologi ir vairāk pakļauti paaugstinātai psihosociālo darba vides faktoru ietekmei, nekā citi Iestādes “X” darbinieki. Izmantotās metodes: Kopenhāgenas psihosociālās aptaujas metode (īsā versija), Darbspēju indeksa noteikšanas metode, Metode “soli pa solim” – “Stresori un to apzināšana”, Psiholoģiskā klimata noteikšanas aptaujas metode darba vietā. The study is 112 pages long, includes 15 images, 16 tables, 3 appendices, 79 informational sources. The study consists of 4 parts. The first part analyzes the literature on the specifics of the epidemiologist work, psychosocial risks in the work of an epidemiologist and workability, the possible impact of psychosocial risks on health of health care workers and psychosocial wellbeing methods, as well as the role of the employer in assessing psychosocial risks. The second part describes the methods used in the study. The third part contains of the obtained data and the analysis of the results on the epidemiologist psychosocial condition at the Institution "X". In the fourth part, health promotion measures for mitigating psychosocial work environment risks for epidemiologists and practical recommendations have been developed. The obtained research results conclude that epidemiologists are more exposed to the increased influence of psychosocial work environment factors than other employees at Institution "X".
