Abstract

“Darba vides riski nodarbinātajiem autoservisā, preventīvie un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi”. Darba autore: Kristīne Dručka. Darba vadītājs: Mg. Dagnis Garais. Darbs izklāstīts uz 88 lapas, ietver 28 attēlus, 9 tabulas, 20 pielikumus un 76 avotus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt darba vides riskus nodarbinātajiem autoservisā izstrādāt preventīvos un veselības veicināšanas pasākumus. Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir ietverti darba aizsardzības sistēmas teorētiskie aspekti, apskatīti autoservisu darba vides riski, kā arī apskatīti dati par automobiļu apkopes un remonta nozarē notikušajiem nelaimes gadījumiem. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā nodaļā ir sniegts pētījuma bāzes raksturojums, veikta pētījuma analīze. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi darba vides risku uzlabošanai. Darba noslēgumā ir sniegti secinājumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Pētījumā gūtās atziņas ļauj secināt, ka autoservisos nodarbinātie tiek pakļauti dažādiem kaitīgiem darba vides riska faktoriem.

The aim of the master's thesis is to investigate the occupational risks for employees in an auto repair shop and to develop preventive and health promotion measures. The master's thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter covers the theoretical aspects of the occupational safety system, examines the work environment risks in car service centers, and presents data on accidents in the vehicle maintenance and repair industry. The second chapter describes the methods used in the research. The third chapter provides a characterization of the research base and conducts an analysis of the study. The fourth chapter develops preventive measures for improving work environment risks. The conclusion of the thesis presents conclusions and practical recommendations. The findings of the study allow to conclude that employees in auto repair shops are exposed to various harmful occupational risk factors.
