Abstract

Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par riskiem un risku vadību, darba vides riska faktoru negatīvā ietekme uz nodarbinātajiem, raugoties no nelaimes gadījumu skaita, aprakstīti risku veidi un to vadība, kā arī analizētas risku vadības pilnveides iespējas un izcilības modelis, apkopota Latvijas un Zviedrijas statistika par nelaimes gadījumiem un to cēloņiem, Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā izvēlētās metodes. Trešajā daļā - iegūto datu apkopošana un to analīze, bet ceturtajā daļā - izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un izveidota IAL matrica un QR koda ieviešana. Iegūtie maģistra darbā pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka SIA “OPG” nodarbinātiem organizācijas drošības kultūra ir pieņemamā līmenī, kas balstās uz Zviedrijas pieredzi būvniecības jomas organizēšanā un risku vadībā. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi un modelis. Izmantotās metodes: novērošana un iekšējais audits, puskvantitatīvā Somijas 5 baļļu metode, nodarbināto aptaujas, FMEA un cēloņu seku analīze.

In the third part - collection of the obtained data and their analysis, and in the fourth part - preventive measures what have been developed and the PPE matrix and QR code implementation. The research results obtained in the master's thesis allow us to conclude that the organization's safety culture for employees of SIA "OPG" is at an acceptable level, which is based on Sweden's experience in organizing the construction field and managing risks.
