Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Izgulējumu profilakse insulta pacientiem” Izgulējumi guļošiem pacientiem neatkarīgi no hospitalizācijas cēloņa ir viens no galvenajiem cēloņiem, kas ievērojami paildzina pacienta uzturēšanos stacionārā, padara sarežģītāku un dārgāku aprūpes procesu, nereti kļūstot arī par nopietnu infekciju cēloni. Insulta pacientiem ir augsts izgulējumu risks saskaņā ar dažādu pētījumu datiem vidēji tas skar no 25%-70% insulta pacientu. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot izgulējuma profilaksi insulta pacientiem. Hipotēze: izgulējumu profilakse insulta pacientiem internās aprūpes nodaļā ir nepietiekama māsu laika trūkuma dēļ. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1) Analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersonas pamatvajadzību teorijas pielietojuma iespējas insulta pacientu aprūpē. 2) Apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par izgulējumu riskiem un profilaksi insulta pacientiem. 3) Veikt neiroloģijas nodaļā strādājošu māsu aptauju. 4) Apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un sniegt atbildi uz pētījuma jautājumu. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvs pētījums; datu ieguves instruments – aptauja, pētījuma dalībnieki: 100 māsas. Pētījuma rezultāti: Ne vienmēr insulta pacientu aprūpē ir pietiekama izgulējumu profilakse, identificējot šādas galvenās problēmas: 23% māsu neizmanto standartizētu izgulējumu veidošanās risku novērtējuma skalu; Nepietiekama izgulējumu profilakse internā aprūpē ir saistāma ar laika trūkumu māsām (42%), ar viņu darba pārslodzi (38%), kā arī ar izgulējumu profilakses līdzekļu daudzuma neatbilstību pacientu skaitam (41%); 53% pacienta ģimenes dažādu iemeslu dēļ nesaņem vajadzīgo informāciju par izgulējumu profilaksi mājas apstākļos pacienta izrakstīšanas no stacionāra laikā. Hypothesis: prevention of bedsores in stroke patients in the internal care unit is inadequate due to lack of time for nurses. Research tasks: 1) To analyze the possibilities of applying Virginia Henderson's basic needs theory in the care of stroke patients. 2) To summarize and analyze scientific literature on the risks of bedsores and prevention in stroke patients. 3) To conduct a survey of nurses working in the neurology department. 4) To summarize the results of the study and provide an answer to the research question. Research method: quantitative research; data collection tool – survey, research participants: 100 nurses.
