Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir insulta pacientu aprūpe un atveseļošanās posthospitālā etapā Tēmas aktualitāti pamato vairāki apstākļi – pētījums ir nepieciešams gan autorei, lai pilnveidotu savas profesionālās prasmes, gan sabiedrībai un zinātniskajai videi, lai veicinātu kopējo informētību, izpētīt, kā visveiksmīgāk īstenot posthospitālo aprūpi, kas ir jāņem vērā veidojot aprūpes plānu un kā mazināt vai novērst šīs saslimšanas ietekmi. Pētījuma rezultāti būtu izmantojami, gan tālāk autora profesionālajā darbībā – ārstējot pacientus un sniedzot tiem ieteikumus, kā arī, kā informatīvs materiāls ar zinātnisko vērtību, ja darbs tiktu publicēts. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, insulta pacientu aprūpi un atveseļošanās veicināšanu posthospitālā etapā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: Veikt literatūras analīzi par insulta pacientu aprūpi un atveseļošanas veicināšanu posthospitālā etapā. Veikt Māszinību teorijas analīzi saistība ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – interviju un veikt pētījumu , veikt pētījuma datu apstrādi un analīzi. Formulēt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir insulta pacientu aprūpe un atveseļošanās posthospitālā etapā? Pētniecības instruments ir intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: Tika izpētīts, ka autores izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums apstiprinājās, kā arī tika izstrādāti četri priekšlikumi. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the care and recovery of stroke patients in the post-hospital stage. The relevance of the topic is justified by several circumstances - the study is necessary both for the author to improve her professional skills, and for society and the scientific community to promote general awareness, to explore how to most successfully implement post-hospital care, what should be taken into account when creating a care plan and how to reduce or prevent the impact of this disease. The results of the study would be useful both in the author’s further professional activities - treating patients and giving them recommendations, as well as informative material with scientific value if the work were published. The aim of the work is to find out the care of stroke patients and the promotion of recovery in the post-hospital stage. Research tasks are: To perform a literature analysis on the care of stroke patients and the promotion of recovery in the post-hospital stage. To perform an analysis of Nursing theory in relation to the topic of the bachelor’s thesis. To create a research tool - a questionnaire and conduct a study. To process and analyze the research data. To formulate conclusions. Research question: Are physical exercises and psychoemotional support the most important in the care and recovery of stroke patients in the post-hospital stage? Research instrument is a interview. Research results: It was found that the author’s research question was confirmed, and four proposals were developed.
