Vecāku un vispārējās aprūpes māsu sadarbība priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu ar respiratorā distresa sindromu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Vecāku un vispārējās aprūpes māsu sadarbība priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu ar respiratorā distresa sindromu aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka fakts, ka pēdējos gados priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu skaits pieaug visā pasaulē, Latvijā gadā priekšlaikus piedzimst apmēram 1000 bērni. Tādējādi svarīgi ir veikt pareizu priekšlaikus dzimuša bērniņa aprūpi uzreiz pēc tā dzimšanas un īpaši būtiski ir sadarboties visām iesaistītajām pusēm. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vecāku un vispārējās aprūpes māsu sadarbību priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu ar respiratorā distresa sindromu aprūpē. Darba uzdevumi ir: apkopot un analizēt pieejamos literatūras avotus par darba tēmu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju jautājumus un veikt kvalitatīvo pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus; kā arī formulēt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums – Kāda ir vecāku un vispārējās aprūpes māsu sadarbība priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu ar respiratorā distresa sindromu aprūpē? Izmantotais pētījuma veids ir kvalitatīvais pētījums ar kontentanalīzes metodi, pielietotais pētījuma instruments - intervijas jautājumi (strukturēta intervija). Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem un atbildot uz pētījuma jautājumu, var secināt, ka gan vecāki, gan vispārējās aprūpes māsas savstarpējo sadarbību raksturo kā labu, pozitīvu, nozīmīgu, atbilstošu un adekvātu. Vecāku zināšanas pirms nonākšanas stacionārā par priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu, tā aprūpi un respiratorā distresa sindromu ir minimālas.

Topic of the Bachelor’s thesis - Cooperation between parents and general care nurses in the care of premature children with respiratory distress syndrome. Importance of the topic is justified by the fact that in recent years number of premature children has been increasing worldwide, in Latvia about 1000 babies are born prematurely every year. Therefore it is very important to provide proper care of premature children immediately after birth and it is very essential, that all the involved parties cooperate. Aim of the research is to clarify cooperation between parents and general care nurses in the care of premature children with respiratory distress syndrome. Tasks of the research: to summarise and analyse the available literature sources about the theme; to elaborate the research tool – interview questions and to conduct the qualitative research; to summarise and analyse the obtained results; as well as to formulate the conclusions and elaborate the recommendations. Question of the research – What is the cooperation between parents and general care nurses in the care of premature children with respiratory distress syndrome? The used method of the research is qualitative research with the content-analyse method, the used instrument of the research - interview questions (structured interview). Based on the results of the study and answering to the question of the study, it can be concluded that both - parents and general care nurses characterise the mutual cooperation as good, positive, significant, appropriate and adequate. Before entering the hospital, knowledge of the parents about premature children, their health problems and care, about the respiratory distress syndrome is minimal.
