Datortomogrāfijas diagnostiskā loma plaušu vēža agrīnā atklāšanā un stadijas noteikšanā: dažādu datortomogrāfijas protokolu efektivitātes salīdzinošā analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Datortomogrāfijas diagnostiskā loma plaušu vēža agrīnā atklāšanā un stadijas noteikšanā: dažādu datortomogrāfijas protokolu efektivitātes salīdzinošā analīze”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka datortomogrāfija spēlē būtisku lomu plaušu vēža agrīnā diagnosticēšanā un stadiju noteikšanā. Darba mērķis - veikt dažādu datortomogrāfijas protokolu efektivitātes salīdzinošo analīzi plaušu vēža agrīnai atklāšanai un stadijas noteikšanai. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kas nosaka DT protokola efektivitāti plaušu vēža agrīnā diagnostikā? 2.Kas nosaka DT protokola efektivitāti plaušu vēža stadijas noteikšanā? Pētījuma uzdevumi: aprakstīt datortomogrāfijas pamatprincipus; izpētīt datortomogrāfijas lomu plaušu vēža atklāšanā; aprakstīt pētījumu atziņas par datortomogrāfijas lomu plaušu vēža stadiju noteikšanā, par kontrastvielas nozīmi, kā arī par dinamisko un multifāzu datortomogrāfijas protokoliem; veikt praktisku pētījumu, veicot dažādu datortomogrāfijas protokolu salīdzinājumu. Pētniecības instruments – literatūras analīze. Pētniecības metode - kvalitatīvs literatūras analīzes pētījuma veids, pamatotās teorijas dizains. Rezultāti: tiek iegūta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumiem – efektīvāki datortomogrāfijas protokoli plaušu vēža agrīnā diagnostikā un plaušu vēža stadijas noteikšanā.

Bachelor's thesis topic – “The diagnostic role of computed tomography in the early detection and staging of lung cancer: a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of different computed tomography protocols”. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that computed tomography plays a significant role in the early diagnosis and staging of lung cancer. The aim of the work is to conduct a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of different computed tomography protocols for the early detection and staging of lung cancer. Research questions: 1.What determines the effectiveness of a CT protocol in the early diagnosis of lung cancer? 2.What determines the effectiveness of a CT protocol in lung cancer staging? Research tasks: describe the basic principles of computed tomography; investigate the role of computed tomography in the detection of lung cancer; describe research findings on the role of computed tomography in the staging of lung cancer, on the importance of contrast media, as well as on dynamic and multiphase computed tomography protocols; conduct a practical study comparing different computed tomography protocols. Research instrument – literature analysis. Research method – qualitative research strategy, grounded theory design. Results: the answer to the research questions is obtained – more effective computed tomography protocols in the early diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.
