Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Pacienta līdzestība perifēro vēnu katetra aprūpē slimnīcā”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato augsts komplikāciju gadījumu skaits. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot vai pacienti ir līdzestīgi perifēro vēnu katetru (turpmāk - PVK) aprūpē slimnīcā. Pētniecības uzdevumi 1.Analizēt literatūru par pacientu līdzestību PVK aprūpē. 2.Analizēt D. Džonsones uzvedības sistēmas teoriju. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu. 4.Veikt pētījumu. 5.Veikt datu apstrādi un analīzi. 6.Izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: vairākums pacientu cenšas būt līdzestīgi perifēro vēnu katetru aprūpē, bet viņiem trūkst zināšanu par to, kā to paveikt kvalitatīvi. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā metode. Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: pētījuma hipotēze tika apstiprināta.

The purpose of the work: to determine whether patients are compliant with PIVC care in the hospital. Research tasks 1.To analyze the literature on patient compliance with PIVC care. 2.To analyze D. Johnson's behavioral system theory. 3.To develop the research instrument. To conduct the research. To process and to analyze data. To develop conclusions. Hypothesis: the majority of patients try to be compliant with peripheral venous catheter care, but they lack the knowledge of how to do it qualitatively. Research method: quantitative method. Research instrument: questionnaire. Study results: The research hypothesis was confirmed.
