Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Aprūpes process pacientiem ar neinvazīvo plaušu ventilāciju Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt aprūpes procesu pacientiem, kuri saņem neinvazīvo plaušu ventilāciju (NIV), novērtējot māsu lomu, izaicinājumus un pacientu līdzestības ietekmi uz aprūpes kvalitāti. Izvirzītās hipotēzes: 1.Māsas, kuras strādā ar pacientiem, kuri saņem NIV terapiju, saskaras ar specifiskiem aprūpes izaicinājumiem, kas ietekmē aprūpes kvalitāti. 2.Augstāka māsu profesionālā pieredze un zināšanas korelē ar labāku pacientu adaptāciju un līdzestību NIV aprūpes procesā. 3.Pacienta līdzdalība aprūpes procesā veicina efektīvāku NIV terapijas norisi un samazina komplikāciju risku. Pētniecības metode: Kvantitatīva metode (aptauja) Pētniecības instrumenti: 1.Individuāli izstrādāta strukturēta anketa 2.Zinātniskā literatūra un recenzēti starptautiskie pētījumi Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka lielākā daļa māsu izjūt vajadzību pēc papildus apmācībām darbam ar NIV un saskaras ar protokolu un aprīkojuma nepilnībām. Apstiprinājās hipotēze – māsas ar lielāku pieredzi spēj efektīvāk īstenot terapiju un risināt pacientu aprūpes izaicinājumus. Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: The Care Process for Patients Receiving Non-Invasive Ventilation Aim of the Study: The aim of this thesis is to explore and analyze the care process for patients receiving non-invasive ventilation (NIV), with a focus on evaluating the role of nurses, the challenges they face, and the impact of patient adherence on the quality of care. Hypotheses: 1.Nurses working with patients receiving NIV therapy face specific care-related challenges that affect the quality of care. 2.Higher professional experience and knowledge among nurses correlate with better patient adaptation and adherence within the NIV care process. 3.Patient involvement in the care process contributes to more effective implementation of NIV therapy and reduces the risk of complications. Research Method: Quantitative method (survey) Research Instruments: 1.A structured, individually designed questionnaire 2.Scientific literature and peer-reviewed international studies Results: The study results show that the majority of nurses feel the need for additional training related to NIV and encounter shortcomings in protocols and equipment. The hypothesis was confirmed – nurses with more experience are able to implement the therapy more effectively and manage patient care challenges more successfully.
