Pacientu aprūpe pēc trombolīzes ar trombektomiju

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe pēc trombolīzes ar trombektomiju.” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka insulta augstā izplatība Latvijā, kā arī sarežģītā pacientu aprūpe pēc kombinētās ārstēšanas, kur medikamentozā trombolīze tiek apvienota ar mehānisko trombektomiju – salīdzinoši jaunu insulta terapijas metodi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt aprūpes specifiku pēc abu manipulāciju veikšanas. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, kā instruments pielietojot daļēji strukturētu interviju ar ārstniecības personālu. Teorētiskais ietvars balstīts Dorotijas Oremas pašaprūpes teorijā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka pacienti pirmajās 24 stundās pēc procedūrām ir pilnībā atkarīgi no aprūpes personāla, savukārt māsām nepieciešamas specifiskas zināšanas un prasmes, lai nodrošinātu drošu un efektīvu aprūpi. Hipotēze apstiprinās – aprūpe pēc kombinētās ārstēšanas ir saistīta ar specifiskiem izaicinājumiem māsām. Darba noslēgumā izvirzīts priekšlikums par vienotu klīnisko algoritmu pacientu aprūpei pēc trombolīzes ar trombektomju.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "Patient Care After Thrombolysis with Thrombectomy." The relevance of the topic is determined by the high incidence of stroke in Latvia, as well as the complex care required for patients after combined treatment, where pharmacological thrombolysis is combined with mechanical thrombectomy – a relatively new stroke therapy method. The aim of the study is to explore the specifics of patient care after these two procedures. The research employs a qualitative research method, using semi-structured interviews with healthcare professionals as the instrument. The theoretical framework is based on Dorothea Orem's Self-Care Theory. The results of the study indicate that patients are entirely dependent on healthcare personnel during the first 24 hours after the procedures, and nurses require specific knowledge and skills to ensure safe and effective care. The hypothesis is confirmed – care after combined treatment is associated with specific challenges for nurses. The conclusion of the thesis presents a proposal for a unified clinical algorithm for patient care after thrombolysis with thrombectomy.
