Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Izgulējumu profilakse un aprūpe intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato tas, ka izgulējumi ir būtiska un izplatīta problēma intensīvās terapijas nodaļās, īpaši pacientiem, kuri ilgstoši nespēj kustēties, vai elpo pateicoties mākslīgās plaušu ventilācijas aparātam un atrodas smagā veselības stāvoklī. Šādiem pacientiem ir augsts ādas un mīksto audu bojājumu risks, kas var izraisīt infekcijas un paildzināt atveseļošanās procesu. Such patients have a high risk of skin and soft tissue damage, which can cause infections and prolong the recovery process. The purpose of the work: to study and analyze methods of preventing bedsores and caring for patients in intensive care units. Research tasks: 1. To compile literature on bedsores. 2. To analyze D. Orem's theory. 3. To develop a protocol for conducting the study. 4. To compile and analyze data. 5. To draw conclusions. 6. To develop recommendations for more effective prevention of bedsores. Research question: What are the prevention and patient care methods of bedsores in the Intensive Care Unit? Research method: observation. Research instrument: Structured observation. Research results: Several violations of guidelines were found in some nurses, most often related to failure to assess the patient's skin, hand hygiene and positioning.
