Māsu pieredze pediatrijas pacientu aprūpē ar atopisko dermatītu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Māsu pieredze pediatrijas pacientu aprūpē ar atopisko dermatītu”. Mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir māsu pieredze pediatrijas pacientu aprūpē ar atopisko dermatītu. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato pieaugošais AD gadījumu skaits bērniem. Pētījuma laikā tika analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par pediatrijas pacientu aprūpi ar AD. Tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode – strukturēta intervija. Iegūtie dati analizēti ar kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes metodi. Pētījuma jautājums - kāda ir māsu pieredze pediatrisko pacientu aprūpē ar atopisko dermatītu? Darba autore secina, ka māsu pieredze ir būtiska AD pacientu aprūpē, ietverot unikālus, māsai piedēvētus redzējumus, kas var identificēt problēmātiku, kā ādas specifiskā aprūpe, kas balstās uz sarežģītu pacientu aprūpi, spēja izglītot, izprotot būtiskākos tematus, kā ādas aprūpe un provocējošie faktori un paredzēt potenciālās problēmas, ko savlaicīgi identificējot, novērst ar citu profesionāļu iesaisti.

Bachelor's thesis topic "Nursing experience in the care of pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis". The aim is to find out what the experience of nurses is in the care of pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis. The topicality of the topic is justified by the increasing number of cases of atopic dermatitis in children. During the study, scientific literature on the care of pediatric patients with AD was analyzed. The qualitative research method was used - structured interview. The obtained data were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method. Research question - what is the experience of nurses in the care of pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis? The author of the thesis concludes that nursing experience is essential in the care of AD patients, including unique, nurse-attributed visions that can identify problems, such as skin-specific care, which is based on the care of complex patients, the ability to educate, understanding the most important topics, such as skin care and provoking factors, and predict potential problems, which, if identified in a timely manner, can be prevented with the involvement of other professionals.
