Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Diagnostikas algoritms un izmeklējuma attēlu analīze vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar akūtu ileusu. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka akūta ileusa kā neatliekamas medicīniskās situācijas bieža sastopamība klīniskajā praksē - Eiropā šis stāvoklis ir bieži sastopams neatliekamajā ķirurģijā, un ir cēlonis līdz pat 20% akūtām hospitalizācijām, tādēļ ir nepieciešamība pēc ātras, precīzas un vienotas diagnostikas radiogrāfijas praksē. Darba mērķis ir veikt vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas attēlu analīzi akūta ileusa gadījumā un, balstoties uz rezultātiem, izstrādāt sistematizētu diagnostikas algoritmu. Darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt teorētisko informāciju par vēdera dobuma anatomiskajām struktūrām un to nozīmi datortomogrāfijas attēlu izvērtēšanā ileusa gadījumā, apkopot teorētisko informāciju par datortomogrāfijas tehniskajiem parametriem un attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošiem faktoriem akūtu vēdera dobuma stāvokļu diagnostikā, analizēt radiogrāfera profesionālo lomu un tās ietekmi uz diagnostiskā attēla kvalitāti pacientiem ar akūtu ileusu, izveidot attēlu analīzes tabulu, balstoties uz teorijas apskatu, veikt datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu analīzi pacientiem ar ileusu, izvērtējot attēlu kvalitāti un tehniskos parametrus, balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem un literatūras analīzi, atbildēt uz pētījuma jautājumu un izstrādāt strukturētu algoritmu kvalitatīva izmeklējuma nodrošināšanai radiogrāfijas praksē. Bachelor thesis title – Diagnostic algorithm and image analysis of abdominal computed tomography in patients with acute ileus. The relevance of the topic is determined by the frequent occurrence of acute ileus as an emergency medical condition in clinical practice – in Europe, this condition is commonly encountered in emergency surgery and accounts for up to 20% of acute hospital admissions. Therefore, there is a need for rapid, accurate and standardized diagnostics in radiographic practice. The aim of the thesis is to analyze abdominal computed tomography (CT) images in cases of acute ileus and, based on the results, to develop a systematized diagnostic algorithm. The research tasks are: to examine theoretical information about the anatomical structures of the abdominal cavity and their significance in the evaluation of CT images in cases of ileus; to compile theoretical information on CT technical parameters and the factors impacting image quality in the diagnosis of acute abdominal conditions; to analyze the professional role of the radiographer and its impact on diagnostic image quality in patients with acute ileus; to develop an image analysis table based on the theoretical review; to perform an analysis of CT examinations in patients with ileus, evaluating image quality and technical parameters; based on the obtained data and literature analysis, to answer the research question and develop a structured algorithm for ensuring high-quality examinations in radiographic practice. Research question: What factors affect image quality in abdominal computed tomography examinations of patients with acute ileus, and how can these factors be systematized into algorithm to improve radiographer’s professional performance? Research instrument: a self-developed image quality analysis table for abdominal CT in patients with acute ileus, based un theoretical literature review.
