Studējošo māsu socializēšanās profesionālajā vidē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Studējošo māsu socializēšanās profesionālajā vidē Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka nav pietiekami daudz pieejamo datu, par to, kā medicīnas studenti iejūtas slimnīcu, klīniku un citu medicīnas iestāžu vidēs. To ir nepieciešams noskaidrot, jo tas ir noteicošais faktors lai studenti turpmāk varētu apmierinoši strādāt šajās iestādēs. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot studējošo māsu socializēšanos profesionālajā vidē. Darba ietvaros tika izvirzīti četri uzdevumi, lai tikti sasniegts mērķis: 1.Analizēt literatūru par studējošo māsu socializēšanos profesionālajā vidē 2.Izstrādāt aptauju 3.Veikt pētījumu un apkopot rezultātus 4.Veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus Izvirzītā hipotēze: Studējošās māsas ar darba pieredzi spēj veiksmīgāk integrēties profesionālajā vidē. Pētījuma mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvantitatīvā metode. Pētījumā piedalījās Latvijā studējošo “Māszinību” programmā trešā un ceturtā kursa studenti. Kopskaitā pētījumā piedalījās 22 studenti. Pētījuma rezultāti: pētījuma hipotēze neapstiprinājās. Atslēgvārdi: socializēšanās, stress, komunikācija, māszinību students.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis: Socialization of student nurses in a professional environment. The highlight of the topic is the lack of sufficient available data, how medical students feel about the environments of hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions. This needs to be clarified as it is the decisive factor for students to be able to work satisfactorily in these institutions in the future. The study aims to explore the opportunities for student nurses to socialize in a professional environment. Four tasks were set as part of the work to achieve the objective: 1.Analyze literature about student nurses socializing in a professional environment 2.Develop survey 3.Conduct a study and analyze results 4.Draw conclusions and make recommendations Hypothesis: Nursing students with work experience manage to incorporate more successfully into a professional environment. To achieve the objective of the study the quantitative study method was used. Third - and fourth-year nursing students from one university in Latvia participated in the study. The total number of students participated in the study was 22. Study results: study hypothesis did not confirm. Keywords: socialization, stress, communication, nursing student.
