Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori miokarda perfūzijas scintigrāfijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori miokarda perfūzijas scintigrāfijā”. Tēmas aktualitāte ir augsta mirstība no sirds un asinsvadu slimībām, kā arī miokarda pefūzijas scintigrāfijas iespējas koronārās sirds slimības diagnosticēšanā. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošu faktorus miokarda perfūzijas scintigrāfijā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika veikta literatūras avotu analīze par sirds anatomiju un fizioloģiju, scintigrāfijas metodes būtību un radiofarmpreparāta sagatavošanu pirms izmeklējuma, miokarda perfūzijas scintigrāfijas norises gaitu un pacientu sagatavošanos tam. Darbā tika veikts pētījums, dati tika apkopoti un atspoguļoti diagrammās. Darba apjoms ir 33 lappuses. Darbā tika veikta 35 literatūras avotu un informācijas avotu analīze. Darbs satur 11 attēlus. The topic of the bachelor work - "Image quality influencing factors at myocardial scintigraphy". The subject is made relevant by the high mortality from cardiovascular diseases and the potential of myocardial perfusion scintigraphy for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. The aim of this work is to evaluate the factors affecting image quality in myocardial perfusion scintigraphy. In the theoretical part of the work the analysis of literature sources on anatomy and physiology of the heart, the nature of the scintigraphic method and preparation of the radiopharmaceutical before the examination, the course of myocardial perfusion scintigraphy and preparation of patients for it was carried out. The study was carried out, the data were collected and presented in charts. The size of the work is 33 pages. The work was based on the analysis of 35 literature and information sources..
