Radioloģisko metožu izvēle un to pielietojums zobu implantācijas gadījumā zobārstniecībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Radioloģisko metožu izvēle un to pielietojums zobu implantācijas gadījumā zobārstniecībā”. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo implantācija, kā viena no zobu protezēšanas metodēm mūsdienās strauji attīstās un zobu implantu tirgus globāli paplašinās, jo cilvēki arvien vairāk apzinās mutes dobuma veselības nozīmi. Salīdzinājumā ar tradicionālajām protezēšanas veidiem, zobu implantoloģija tiek uzskatīta par funkcionāli pārāku protezēšanas metodi ar garāku zoba ilgdzīvi. Latvijā pieaugošais dentālo radioloģisko iekārtu daudzums radījis radioloģisko izmeklējuma skaita palielināšanos, dentālo izmeklējumu skaits pieaug, kā dēļ pieaug nepieciešamību pēc zinošiem radiogrāferiem, pieaug nepieciešamība izglītoties par zobārstniecībā pielietotajām metodēm un to pielietojumu un izvēles iemesliem zobu implantācijas gadījumā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot zobu implantācijas gadījumā pielietotās radioloģiskās metodes un to izvēles iemeslus. Kā pētniecības instruments tika izstrādāta tabula datu ieguvei. Pētnieciskajā daļā tika izmantota retrospektīva, kvantitatīva metode. Darbs sastāv no 31 lappuses, ko veido 4 nodaļas un 7 apakšnodaļas. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Selection and Application of Radiological Methods in Dental Implantation in Dentistry". The topic is relevant, as implantation — one of the modern methods of dental prosthetics — is rapidly evolving, and the global dental implant market is expanding, as people increasingly recognize the importance of oral health. Compared to traditional prosthetic methods, dental implantology is considered a functionally superior method of prosthetics with greater tooth longevity. In Latvia, the increasing number of dental radiological devices — resulting in a rise in the number of radiological examinations — confirms the necessity to strengthen radiographers’ knowledge regarding the radiological methods used in dentistry, their application, and the reasons for their selection in cases of dental implantation. The aim of the thesis is to identify the radiological methods used in dental implantation and the reasons for their selection. The research instrument is developed table for data collection. The research part of the thesis employs a retrospective, quantitative method. The thesis consists of 31 pages, comprising 4 chapters and 7 subchapters.
