Datortomogrāfijas dozu raksturojums pacientēm ar krūts vēža diagnozi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir – “Datortomogrāfijas dozu raksturojums pacientēm ar krūts vēža diagnozi”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, noskaidrot jonizējošā starojuma dozas, kādu DT izmeklējumu laikā saņem pacientes ar krūts vēža diagnozi. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka krūts vēža izplatība sievietēm. Pirmreizēji reģistrēto krūts ļaundabīgo audzēju gadījumu skaits Latvijā 2022.gada bija 60,6 uz 100 000 iedzīvotāju, un mirstība – 16,3 iedzīvotāju. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir, analizēt medicīnisko literatūru par krūšu kurvja, vēdera dobuma anatomiju un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju; analizēt literatūru par krūts vēža komplikācijām, izpausmi attēlos–lokalizāciju, patoloģijām, etioloģiju, klīniku un diagnostiku; analizēt krūškurvja un vēdera datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokolus, skenēšanas zonas, fāzes, parametrus; izveidot attēla kvalitātes kritērijus protokolu; izvērtēt krūškurvja un vēdera DT izmeklējumus atbilstoši attēla kvalitātes kritēriju pētījuma tabulai un pacienšu saņemto dozu izvērtēšana; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātu, veikt secinājumus. Pētniecības instruments ir attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju protokols. Pētniecības metode – retrospektīvs šķērsgriezuma pētījums. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 39 lapaspuses, 4 nodaļas un 10 apakšnodaļas, analizēti un izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti un veikti secinājumi. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is - "Characteristics of computed tomography doses in patients with a diagnosed with breast cancer". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the doses of ionizing radiation received by patients with a diagnosis of breast cancer during CT examinations. The relevance of the topic is determined by the prevalence of breast cancer in women. The number of newly registered cases of malignant breast tumors in Latvia in 2022 was 60.6 per 100,000 inhabitants, and mortality - 16.3 inhabitants. The research tasks are to analyze the medical literature on the anatomy of the chest, abdomen and computed tomography anatomy; analyze the literature on complications of breast cancer, their manifestation in images - localization, pathologies, etiology, clinic and diagnostics; analyze the protocols, scan zones, phases, parameters of chest and abdominal computed tomography examinations; create image quality criteria for the protocol; evaluate CT examinations of the chest and abdomen according to the image quality criteria research table and evaluate the doses received by patients; summarize and analyze the obtained results, draw conclusions. The research instrument is the image quality criteria protocol. The research method is a retrospective cross-sectional study. The volume of the bachelor's thesis is 39 pages, 4 chapters and 10 subsections, 39 literature sources have been analyzed and used, and conclusions have been drawn.
